A method for control of serviceability of composite high pressure balloon consists in that winding of composite layer is performed by calculated trajectory with band made of threads of reinforcement material, there at least one optical fiber is included. At that winding is performed in such way that at each turn or half-turn of winding optical fiber goes out of the band in the zones with angle of reinforcement close to 90 °, with gathering into braids with neighboring leads of optical fiber within given sector, with connection with one end to the source of radiation, and with the other one – to the receiver. As the source optical, and laser diodes as well, can be used, and as the receiver the CMOS-matrix with dimension n×n is used, this is connected to electronic system of analysis and notification where by the change of pattern of light that goes by light guides probability of loss of serviceability is determined. |
