The invention relates to conrod-free piston engines. The engine has a two-piece piston placed in stepped cylinder. The conrod-free mechanism transforms the reciprocal motion of pistons to rotary motion of the shaft. The large piston moves by the outer closed screw groove on the shaft with a ball, and the small piston moves by the inner closed screw groove on the shaft with a ball. The pistons are stopped against turn with respective guides. In the cylindrical cavity of the large piston the small piston is placed, with possibility to go out of the boundaries of the large piston for maximal compression of air in stepped cylinder. The hollow shaft, the large and the small pistons, the stepped cylinder are coaxial. The invention promotes increase of the degree of compression in the cylinders of the engine. |
