A heat pump system with constant counterflow heat exchanger according to the present invention includes a compressor for compressing coolant supplying to the inhalation side at a high temperature and high pressure; a pair of load-side heat exchangers for heat exchanging and condensing the coolant coming from a load supply unit with load water in the counterflow direction for heating as well as for heat exchanging and delivering the coolant supplying to the inhalation side to the compressor for cooling; a pair of heat-source heat exchangers for heat exchanging, evaporating the coolant coming from the load-side heat exchangers with circulating water from a heat source supply unit in the counterflow direction, and re-circulating the coolant to the compressor for heating as well as for condensing the coolant from the compressor by heat exchanging the coolant with the circulating water and delivering the coolant to the load-side heat exchangers for cooling; an expansion side which is installed on the connection line between the load-side heat exchangers and the heat-source heat exchangers and expands the coolant coming from the load-side heat exchangers or the heat-source heat exchangers; and multiple three way valves which are installed on the connection line between the compressor, the load-side heat exchangers and the heat-source heat exchangers and change the flow of the coolant to always heat change the coolant, which is delivered in one direction, in the counterflow direction.
