Disclosed is a method for analyzing a genome. The method for analyzing the genome includes the steps of: generating a reference genome track about a selected genome; generating a genome track corresponding to the genome position of the reference genome track by using inputted genome annotation data; inserting the generated genome track to a gene position corresponding to the reference genome track; and displaying the reference genome track into which the genome track is inserted. Thereby, the method and apparatus for analyzing the genome easily analyze genome data by efficiently integrating various heterogeneous genome annotation data.
