The present invention relates to a water floating type fabricated house for living capable of preventing life damage due to water damage by making a house to rise to a water surface by separating the house from a fixed structure by disassembling a fixing unit when a level of rising water reaches a dangerous level. The present invention comprises: a fixed structure (20) which includes a post frame (22) installed vertical to a ground or a concrete base (21) poured on a ground and a plurality of fixing units (23) installed thereon; a housing installing a door gate (D) and a window (W) on one side of one box structure (31) to make buoyancy by forming an external wall made of a wall (32) filled with foam resin (35) between internal and external plates (33, 34) and installing a plurality of fastening units (36) to lock and unlock by responding to each fixing unit (23) of the fixed structure (20) on a lower part of the box structure (31); and a separating device (40) which has a buoyancy body (43) floated by water force applied from the bottom and which separates the housing from the fixed structure (20) by operating the fastening unit (35) fastened in the fixing unit (23) to be disassembled by raising the buoyancy body (43). The present invention separates the housing installed on the fixed structure from the fixed structure when a peripheral water level exceeds and is formed to make the housing to be floated to a water surface by the buoyancy of the housing made of a buoyant material so as to make the housing itself to be an evacuating unit, thereby safely protecting a person living in the housing from water. |
