<p>The present invention relates to a virtual trackball, and more particularly, to a touch screen controlling method by using a virtual trackball, which provides more accurate column movement and line feed manipulations of text when the text is inputted on a touch screen. By providing a mode displaying an enlarged virtual trackball, accurate column movement and line feed manipulations are provided with a small text and cursor displayed on an output window screen, so that a user with poor vision may easily use the virtual trackball and also by allowing a user to arbitrarily change a size of a cursor, a predetermined area around the cursor, and a virtual trackball, which are displayed on an output window in an enlarged display mode so that user′s convenience may be improved.
