摘要 <p>An embodiment of the present invention relates to a real-time PCR device, having a block of repetitiously arranged heater units, for detecting electrochemical signals, and a real-time PCR method using the same. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the device not only analyzes multiple samples at a high speed via the block of repetitiously arranged heater units and PCR chips in a shape of a panel at the same time, but also contributes significantly to the micro-miniaturization and enhanced portability of products by simple modularization allowing the easy detection of continuous electrochemical signals generated in the process of nucleic acid amplification.</p>
