The present invention relates to a module (100) for collecting lithium ions in seawater and a method for collecting lithium ions using the same. The module (100) for collecting lithium ions includes at least one cell successively laminated with: a cathode current collector (10), a first electrode (12), a first porous sheet (14), a channel forming plate (30) where seawater flows in, to transfer concentrated solution of lithium ions, a second electrode (22), and an anode current collector (20). The first porous sheet (14) is formed with a hole (18) having a diameter ranging from 0.01 μm to 1 μm.
