Disclosed is a heating apparatus for a urea aqueous solution supplying system of a selective catalyst reduction device which is mounted inside a storage tank storing a urea aqueous solution to thaw a frozen urea aqueous solution under lower temperature conditions and comprises: i) a radiating member and a heating module which is installed on the radiating member and includes a heater core that receives electrical energy and generates heat energy; and ii) a power-source connecting part which provides a power source to the heater core. The heating apparatus for a urea aqueous solution supplying system of a selective catalyst reduction device is able to include a molding body which is molded on the outer surface of the radiating member.
