The present invention relates to a casing bonded without welding; and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a casing bonded without welding which buries and constructs a pile after a quick excavation by using a non-welding method to bond the lower part of a casing, which is inserted posterior to the upper part, to the upper part of the casing, which is inserted prior to the lower part, when the pile is buried underground more deeply than the length of a leader of a ground excavating equipment and which minimizes bending deflection caused by earth pressure since connection parts between upper and lower casings are spaced from each other. The casing which is used for ground excavation comprises a second casing having a key groove coupling unit formed on the lower part thereof, and a first casing having a key, which is inserted in and combined with the key groove coupling unit, formed on the upper part thereof. The key groove coupling unit includes: a vertical key groove which is formed by opening one point of the lower end which the key is inserted in and coupled to; a horizontal key groove formed in the left and right directions of the upper end of the vertical key groove; a casing separation prevention groove formed downwardly from both side ends of the horizontal key groove; and multiple wear resistance bits arranged on the lower surface thereof. |
