PURPOSE: A lithium compound recovery apparatus effectively collects lithium from a lithium-containing solution by using an electrolysis device including a salt chamber, an anion chamber, and a cation chamber. CONSTITUTION: A lithium compound recovery apparatus includes an electrolysis device. The electrolysis device includes a salt chamber, an anion chamber, and a cation chamber. The lithium phosphate aqueous solution is put into the salt chamber. The lithium phosphate aqueous solution is put into the salt chamber. The anion chamber is separated into a salt chamber and an anion exchange film. The cation chamber is separated in the salt chamber and a cation exchange film. By the electrolysis, lithium ions in the salt chamber moves to the cation chamber, and hydroxide aqueous solution can be obtained. Phosphate ions in the salt chamber moves to the anion chamber, and phosphoric acid aqueous solution is obtained. The lithium compound recovery apparatus includes a lithium hydroxide manufacturing device (6). The lithium hydroxide manufacturing device concentrates the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution obtained in the cation chamber and manufactures lithium hydroxide.
