The present invention relates to a DC-AC power converting device and a device for supplying solar power thereof capable of not applying a capacitor for ripple removal in an input end or applying a capacitor having a small capacity by charging power according to the difference between the output power and system inspection power of a solar battery. Provided is the DC-AC power converting device which comprises a DC-AC power converting unit and a charging and discharging unit. The DC-AC power converting unit switches DC power and converts the same into AC power. The charging and discharging unit charges surplus power generated by performing a switching operation when the power level of the DC power is larger than the power level of the AC power and discharges the power charged by performing the switching operation when the power level of the DC power is smaller than the power level of the AC power.
