The present invention relates to a water drop prevention device including a frame installed on the periphery of a cutting roll which is a high temperature material and a water drop prevention unit attached to the cutting roll when cooling water is sprayed to the cutting roll and installed on the frame in order to prevent the cooling water from being dropped to the high temperature material. The present invention can ultimately improve the quality of the high temperature material by preventing the cooling water sprayed to the cutting roll from being dropped to the surface of the high temperature material.
