The present invention relates to a bottling frame and, more specifically, to a bottling frame which firmly maintains the state that the opening of a bottle for cultivating mushrooms and inlets of the bottling frame coincide and facilitate maintenance. The bottling frame of the present invention includes a plurality of inlets penetrated through a flat-shaped main body having a predetermined thickness, and the inlets are covered on the openings of empty bottles respectively to be connected. The present invention provides the bottling frame including projection parts formed on both lower edges of the main body; two guide grooves, which are formed to be spaced inward at a predetermined distance and to be parallel to both edges, on the top surface of the main body; a plate for replacement joined to both projection parts; and two dust scattering prevention guides fitted into the guide grooves, respectively.
