The present invention relates to a system for controlling food waste in real time using an HTML5 websocket which allows a user to exactly identify food waste collection information for each district and location information on collecting vehicles by a PC or mobile terminal by transmitting food waste collection information generated by a GPS and a measuring instrument to a server in a central control center over a mobile communication network and displaying the information on a web map of a client browser in real time. The system for controlling food waste in real time using an HTML5 websocket according to the present invention comprises: collecting containers to which RFIDs are attached individually; collecting vehicles for collectively gathering the food waste stored in the collecting containers; vehicle terminal devices for reading the RFIDs attached to the collecting containers, generating collection information by adding waste food collection weight information, collection time information, and collection location information to the RFID of the corresponding collecting container, and transmitting location information on collecting vehicles as well as the collection information to a central computer in a central control center over a mobile communication network or wireless internet; the central computer in a central control center for providing a server with the food waste collection information for each district and the real time location and moving information on the collecting vehicles to display the information on a browser of a client by arithmetically processing each collection information uploaded from each vehicle terminal of the collecting vehicles; and the server which is connected to the central computer and provides food waste collection information for each district and real time location information on the collecting vehicles.
