The present invention relates to a bridge inspection stand and, more specifically, to a bridge inspection stand which is applicable to an existing pier or to a pier being newly built and which is mounted on the pier without any fixtures such as an anchor bolt. The bridge inspection stand according to the present invention comprises: a pier rail fixing unit which is mounted on the edge of a pier; multiple extension units connected to the pier rail fixing unit and extended downwardly; a scaffold mounting unit formed on the extension units; a scaffold mounted on the scaffold mounting unit; and a safety rail installed along the outer edge of the scaffold.
