A method for manufacturing a touch screen panel comprises: forming a touch sensing unit on a base film; bonding, to a tempered glass substrate, a panel including the touch sensing unit and the base film such that the touch sensing unit and the tempered glass substrate face each other; and separating the base film. According to the touch screen panel manufactured by the touch screen panel manufacturing method, light transmittance is improved and manufacturing costs is reduced.
