A TSA coating method for welding defect portions is disclosed. The TSA coating method for welding defect portion includes a surface treatment step which blasts the surface of an object to be coated; a welding defect testing step which tests whether welding defects exist on the object to be coated or not after blasting; a welding defect repair step which coats the welding defect portions with a metal protection agent at a predetermined thickness and cures if defects are found; and a coating step which forms a TSA coating layer on the surface of the object to be coated after repairing. The TSA coating method for welding defect portions effectively repairs the welding defect portions when detected in the surface treatment step of a TSA coating process, thereby reducing time required for TSA coating and the number of processes.
