The present invention relates to a soundproof wall built along a road side and a railroad side or to a soundproof panel inserted into the soundproof wall and, more specifically, to a technology to improve the sound absorption properties and weight-lightening of a lightweight soundproof panel simultaneously. The lightweight concrete soundproof panel with a complex soundproofing function according to the present invention is provided to absorb noise energy from a wide frequency band by applying permeable aggregates with a high degree of hardness and a fiber sound-absorbing material simultaneously, thereby obtaining more excellent sound absorption properties than those of existing soundproof panels; to reduce the weight by applying a front plate (3) mixed with the fiber sound-absorbing material and by replacing a conventional heavyweight concrete back plate (2) with the fiber sound-absorbing material (4) and a shaped back plate (5), thereby being applied to a soundproof facility such as a high soundproof wall or a soundproof tunnel which requires excellent soundproof properties; to be not subject to the limit of applicability to a facility which has restraints in structural stability, thereby significantly expanding a range of application; and to remarkably improve construct ability and maintainability due to the greatly reduced weight, thereby reducing construction and maintenance costs. |
