The present invention relates to a cleaning device and, more especially, to a device for cleaning an ampoule cap which covers an ampoule for protecting a drug contained in the ampoule. The present invention includes a chamber; a cartridge where at least one metallic cap utilized for the ample is loaded and transferred via the chamber; a transferring roller which transfers the cartridge inside the chamber; at least one pneumatic nozzle which injects air toward the metallic cap loaded on the cartridge; and an outlet which discharges minute impurities removed from the metallic cap by an external suction force and effectively removes minute impurities containing metallic particles generated in a process of manufacturing the metallic cap of the ampoule by injection air generated by air pressure.
