A scene scheduling system, a scene scheduling method, and a recording medium thereof are provided. The system includes a medium providing module, an input module, a time scheduling unit, and a medium capturing module. The medium providing module is used to provide medium data and advertisement medium data which corresponds to the medium data. The input module is used to input a channel setting signal. The time scheduling unit provides a piece of preset time scheduling data and controls the preset time scheduling data according to the channel setting signal in order to form a piece of personalized time scheduling data. The medium capturing module captures pieces among the personalized time scheduling data from the medium providing module, the medium data which corresponds to the channel setting signal, and the advertisement medium data according to the personalized time scheduling data.
