In a communication unit for a ballast water treatment system which is formed in an engine room for controlling the driving of a ship and treats the ballast water of a ship according to the disclosed present invention, the present invention includes a communication part which is mounted on the ship and transmits and receives a position signal and a signal transmitting part which transmits the position signal between the communication part and the ballast water treatment system. The signal transmitting part uses a power line which transmits power generated from the engine room. According to this configuration, workability and economical effect due to the reduction of costs are improved by not requiring an additional signal line for transmitting the position signal. |
