MOISTURE-CURABLE REACTIVE POLYURETHANE HOT-MELT ADHESIVE

The present invention provides a moisture curable reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive comprising: 100 parts by weight of polyurethane prepolymer including 70-80 wt% of a mixture of polyether polyol and polyester polyol, 15-28 wt% of diisocyanate, 0.5-1.5 wt% of a chain extender and 0.05-0.2 wt% of a coupling agent; 5-10 parts by weight of acrylic resin; 2-10 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyurethane resin; and 10-20 parts by weight of trackifier. The moisture curable reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive according to the present invention exhibits an adhesion intensity of more than 50 kf/20 mm at 20°C and an adhesion intensity of more than 10 kf/20 mm at 120°C and is able to be applied to the sealing of automobile head lamp since heat resistance and workability are excellent by having a melt viscosity of 30,000-60,000 cps at 120°C.
