The present invention relates to a device and a method for pressing a door frame cover which inserts the door frame cover (200) between left and right lower blocks (13, 14) while covering a frame supporting block (16), folds the left and right ends (201, 202) of the door frame cover (200) to the right with a left jig (35) at right angles, folds the right end (202) to the left by folding the lower part of the left end of a right jig (45) at an angle of 45° or greater, folds the left end (201) to be overlapped with the right end (202) and positioned beneath the left ends (202) by folding the lower part of the left end (201) with a left sub jig (36) at an angle of 45° or greater, and forms a pressed joint (203) by pressing the overlapped left and right ends (201, 202) with an upper jig (25) at the same time so that a pressing task is automated by a machine without manual tasks. Therefore, the present invention can improve productivity and the speed of production. |
