The present invention relates to a method of uniformly producing a ceramic coating composition to be located on an electrode active material of a lithium secondary battery. The method of the present invention comprises the following: (a) a step of producing the ceramic coating composition; (b) a step of forming a ceramic coating layer by spreading and drying the ceramic coating composition on one or both sides of a releasing sheet; (c) a step of attaching the ceramic coating layer on the electrode active material of the lithium secondary battery; and (d) a step of removing the releasing sheet. According to the present invention, a user can form the ceramic coating layer with a uniform thickness on an active layer of the electrode, and secure uniform electric properties and thermal stability.
