The present invention relates to a mold for making a concrete block, a method using the mold to manufacturing the concrete block, a transfer device of the mold, and a transfer device of the concrete block manufactured by the mold and, more specifically, to a mold for making a concrete block which is provided to mold various solid shapes of concrete blocks, which are used as construction material or in a breakwater on the coast, and to conveniently reuse the concrete blocks; a method for using the mold to manufacture the concrete block; a transfer device of the mold; and a transfer device of the concrete block manufacture by the mold. The mold for manufacturing a concrete block according to the present invention comprises: side molds (100) which are combined with each other to form a space in which ready-mixed concrete is supplied from the outside and cured to be a concrete block (30) and which are horizontally and vertically arranged; and a bottom mold (200) which is connected to the side molds (100) and which supports the side molds (100), wherein the side molds (100) include bolt parts (130) which protrude to the outside to correspond to the portions, on which the side molds (100) are combined with each other, and which allows the side molds (100) to be detached from each other.
