PURPOSE: A method for making extruded noodles is provided to give a chewy texture to the noodles by applying heat and pressure to dough. CONSTITUTION: A method for making extruded noodles produces noodles using an extrusion type noodle making machine (100). The extrusion type noodle making machine comprises a hopper (11) through which materials are poured, a screw (20) for mixing materials, a heating unit (36) and a cooling fan (38) for maintaining dough at a fixed temperature, a nozzle (34), and a control unit. The screw mixes the materials inputted through the hopper. A guide body (31), an extrusion body (32), and a nozzle plate (33) are combined with the outside of the noodle making machine. The heating unit and a heat emission groove (37) are installed in the guide body. The heating unit comes in contact with the guide body and bakes dough. |
