The present invention relates to magma healthy underpants which help smooth blood circulation, promote metabolism, have an anti-bacterial effect, prevent skin diseases, and enhance health, and the magna healthy underpants comprise: an underpants main body having the shape of boxer shorts or briefs; a scrotum support part positioned in the lower part of the front surface of the underpants main body and contacted to scrotums; and a penis support unit, positioned in the center of the front surface of the underpants main body, for separating a penis from the scrotums not to be contacted each other when the penis is inserted in the underpants main body; wherein the scrotum support unit includes a far-infrared ray emitting member, and the penis support unit includes an anion releasing member. The far-infrared ray emitting member and the anion releasing member have a bead shape of which the diameter is 2 to 15 mm. |
