PURPOSE: A complex stimulation device for treating fracture is provided to activate bone-forming cells and to be used for a fracture treatment, an osteoporosis treatment, a muscle treatment, and arthritis and arthralgia treatments. CONSTITUTION: A complex stimulation device for treating fracture includes a horizontal magnetic field generating member (100), a power supply unit (200), a control unit (300), a stimulation control unit (400), and a light generating unit. The horizontal magnetic field generating member generates a horizontal magnetic field around a core. The power supply unit applies a current to the coil of the magnetic field generating member. The control unit controls the direction, intensity, and frequency of a current applied to the coil of the magnetic field generating member. The stimulation control unit includes control units for controlling the direction, intensity, and frequency of a magnetic field and generates a stimulation control signal for controlling the direction, intensity, and frequency of a current.
