摘要 The present invention relates to a clamp ring processing method using a bending machine and, more specifically, to a clamp ring processing method using a bending machine which includes a billet formation step (10) which forms a billet (11) by melting a copper material; an extruding step (20) which forms a ring-shaped rod (21) by cutting the billet (11) formed in the billet formation step (10) at a length of 500 m, heating the cut billet in an annealing furnace, and repeatedly pushing the heated billet into a groove of an extruding mold (22) twice or three times; a drawing step (30) which forms a ring-shaped rod (31) by preparing a drawing mold (32) having a groove smaller than that of the extruding mold (22), reheating the ring-shaped rod in the annealing furnace, and repeatedly pushing the ring-shaped rod (21) into the drawing mold (32) twice or three times; a hot-rolling step (40) which converts the ring-shaped rod (31) into a wire (41) having the outer circumference at an desired angle and size by thermally-treating the ring-shaped rod (31) and repeatedly inputting the same into a rolling device (42) three or five times; and a bending step (50) which inputs the wire (41) into the bending machine and bends the wire into a clamping ring (51) having a desired size. The present invention provides convenience as unnecessary processes are not required, improves the price competitiveness by minimizing material loss; maximizes an output by enabling mass production; enables a user to expect an accurate quality; and provides user convenience.
