A steering device of a vessel according to the present invention includes one or a plurality of flow holes having a length in a lateral direction, formed to penetrate through the stem and the stern of a vessel; a driving part installed inside the flow holes to be rotated forwards or backwards to steer the vessel using thrust caused by the rotation; and a lattice grid installed at both longitudinal outlets of the flow holes, which blocks foreign substances from flowing in through the flow holes while water flows into the flow holes and which has a curved surface at the outer end to have the same surface as the outer surface of the vessel.
