The present invention relates to a brown rice shoot cultivating device and more specifically, to a technique which is adapted to artificially germinate brown rice grains and grow the shoots and to have a function of autonomously cleaning air and water, wherein an appropriate environment including the light irradiation time and water supply time is selected such that not only is the shoot growth rate improved but also it is possible to obtain a high content of active components such as arabinoxylan, melatonin and GABA.
