PURPOSE: A network streaming system and a load control method thereof are provided to request streaming data to a streaming server by enabling a client device to determine available resources in each streaming server. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of streaming servers (200) provides streaming data. A client device (100) selects one or more streaming server from the plurality of the streaming servers based on the load state information of the streaming servers.
