PURPOSE: A blocker having a light source control function is provided to automatically control the light source to be turned on/off according to array mode or blocking mode without a separate switch turning on or off the power. CONSTITUTION: A blocker having a light source control function includes a light source control unit. The light source control unit comprises a photo interrupt detecting unit (30), a control unit (40), a light source driving unit (50), and a light source (60). The photo interrupt detecting unit generates an output signal (PI_IN) corresponding to an array mode and a blocking mode of the blocker. The control unit outputs a light source operation signal (LED_EN) for a predetermined time if the blocker is in the array mode. The light source driving unit receives the light source operation signal and outputs a light source driving unit output signal (LED_OUT) corresponding to the brightness of lights for lighting a lens. The light source radiates the light for lighting the lens according to output signals of the light source driving unit.
