Provided is a concrete structure reinforcing apparatus. The concrete structure reinforcing apparatus reinforcing a concrete structure to prevent the shearing strain of the concrete structure due to external force includes: a steel material support part arranged in a corner part where one plane part of the concrete structure and the other plane part adjacent thereto meet each other; a steel material which has at least one curved portion in the middle of the length thereof to be arranged in the steel material support part; and a coupler for applying external force which connects ends of a pair of steel materials facing each other in the plane part of the concrete structure. The coupler for applying external force, which is screwed with the end part of the steel material, reinforces the concrete structure by applying binding force toward the center of the cross section vertical to the concrete structure through pre-tensile force applied to the steel material.
