The present disclosure relates to a method for processing a nozzle hole of an injector which restores and recycles jet performance of a deteriorated injector by restoring a deformed nozzle hole of the injector to the original state. The present disclosure includes the steps of: mounting the nozzle of the injector to a fixed jig; taking the measurements of a deformed portion of the nozzle hole mounted to the jig and determining the processing measurements; processing a surface of the nozzle hole with a grinder to form a round portion of the nozzle hole; inserting into the nozzle hole after applying the grinding powder to the outside of a rod, and rotating and processing with the grinder to form a shaft diameter part of the nozzle hole; and measuring an end of the processed nozzle hole.
