The present invention relates to a rotating link assembly, which is installed at the inner surface of a cabinet and the outer surface of an inner rack to expose the inner rack from the cabinet, comprising: a fixed part fixed to the cabinet; a movable part sliding relative to the fixed part; a connecting part connecting the movable part to the fixed part to rotate relative to each other; and a rotating part fixed to the inner rack and formed to rotate at an angle with the movable part. Therefore, the inner rack can be exposed to outside of the cabinet while the inner rack and the cabinet are not separated by the rotating link assembly. Therefore, the inner rack can rotate in a small space and users can maintain the inner space of the cabinet.
