One performs bulb onions cutting, sauteing in melted fat and milling. Garlic is milled. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with bone broth and maintained for swelling. One mixes the listed components with bone broth, salt, medium-hot red pepper, marjoram, caraway and black hot pepper and cooks the mixture to produce a sauce. Horse meat is cut and cooked. The horse meat and the sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.EFFECT: technology allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
