<p>The present invention relates to a nanowire-carbon nanotube hybrid film and a manufacturing method thereof which has excellent transmission, conductivity, and can improve durability and flexibility at the same time. Therefore, the nanowire-carbon nanotube hybrid film of the present invention includes a base; a nanowire layer which is formed on the base and which a metallic nanowire is utilized as a main component; a carbon nanotube layer which is formed on the nanowire layer and which a carbon nanotube is utilized as a main component; and a top coating layer which is formed on the carbon nanotube layer and has electric insulation properties. The carbon nanotube layer and the nanowire layer form a mesh structure.</p> |
