LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device. In particular, the objective of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal panel having an alignment layer in a penetration part having a penetration hole in a non-display area as well as a display area and a liquid crystal display device using the same. To achieve the objective, the liquid crystal panel according to the present invention comprises a color filter substrate including a penetration part having a penetration hole formed in the location corresponding to a camera in a non-display area and a first alignment layer formed in a display area having a color filter formed therein; a driving element array substrate including a second alignment layer in the area corresponding to the penetration part and the display area having a plurality of pixels formed therein; a seal for covering the display area and the outside of the penetration part so that the display area and the penetration part can be penetrated; and a liquid crystal which is injected into the display area and the penetration part covered by the seal in a state of boning the driving element array substrate and the color filter substrate by the seal.
