PURPOSE: A screening method of anticancer candidate agents and KRT29 which unites with HER2 is provided to effectively extinct and inhibit growth of the cancer cell which expresses HER2. CONSTITUTION: A screening method of anticancer candidate agents and KRT29 which unites with HER2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) is operated through expression or silencing of the KRT 19(cytokerain19). The activity inhibition of the KRT19 is operated by antisense oligonucleotide which complementarily unites with mRNA of KRT19 gene, short interfering RNA, short hairpin RNA, or short RNAi. The reduction method operates jointly with direct silencing of HER2. The composition for anticancer for cancers which express HER2 includes inhibitors of expression or activity inhibitor of the KRT19 as an active ingredient. The cancer expressing HER2 is ovarian cancer, peritoneal cancer, salpinges cancer, breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC), squamous cell carcinoma, prostate cancer, or coloproctitis. |
