The present invention relates to an asphalt hybrid waterproof sheet integrated lightweight assembly type panel and a method for manufacturing the same and, specifically, to an assembly panel which is used for a ceiling and a wall as a construction material, and of which a waterproof sheet is combined to one side. The assembly type panel comprises: a square metal plate having the fixed width; a foamed layer formed in the fixed thickness in one side of the square metal plate; a long fiber nonwoven fabric layer combined by being impregnated in the fixed depth into one side of the foamed layer; a modified asphalt layer impregnated in the fixed depth into one side of the long fiber nonwoven fabric layer; and a synthetic resin sheet attached to one side of the modified asphalt layer. Provided are the assembly type panel for integrating a waterproof sheet into one side of the assembly type panel through the manufacturing method, and the method for manufacturing the same. Moreover, the waterproof sheet is used instead of the existing one steel plate, so the weight of the assembly type panel is reduced. Therefore, the weight to a structure or a building is reduced, generation of dew condensation is fundamentally prevented, and additional equipment such as a ventilating opening and a light panel can be easily installed. Since a junction sheet which is made of the same material as the waterproof sheet is used for a junction between panels, the convenience of work is supplied, and the dew condensation is prevented. Moreover, since an additional waterproof construction is not necessary, the construction is facilitated, and the construction time is reduced. Moreover, when an outside is damaged, a damaged part can be repaired by a method for replacing only an assembly type panel in the damaged part. |
