<p>A light emitting device comprises a body having a first outer surface to a fourth outer surface; a cavity which is positioned inside the body and comprises a first inner surface to a fourth inner surface corresponding to the first outer surface to the fourth outer surface; a first lead frame which comprises a first bonding unit and a first lead unit arranged in the cavity; a second lead frame which comprises a second bonding unit which is adjacent to the first inner surface of the cavity, a first connection unit which is curved from the second bonding unit, and a second lead unit which is extended to a first outer surface direction of the body from the first connection unit; a first gap unit which is positioned between the first lead frame and the second lead frame; and a light emitting chip which is positioned on the first bonding unit. The second lead frame comprises a first penetration prevention unit which is positioned between the upper surface of the second bonding unit and the upper surface of the first connection unit. An inclined start point of the first inner surface of the cavity is touched to the surface of the first penetration prevention unit.</p> |
