The present invention relates to an anti-fouling fabric with an anti-static function containing copper and carbon, and method for manufacturing the same which comprises: an anti-fouling step processing anti-fouling treatment on fabric; a coating step coating one side of the anti-fouling treated fabric with a coating agent containing copper and carbon powder; and a heat treatment step processing heat treatment at 140-170°C after the coating step.
