The present invention relates to a device for curing arthritis by using low intensity ultrasonic waves by making a probe which is a low intensity ultrasonic waves transducer that is put in close contact with the human body, the device comprising: a temperature sensor installed inside the probe and detecting temperature; a heat-generating member installed inside the probe and generating heat through power applied from a body of the device for curing arthritis by using low intensity ultrasonic waves; a fixing band made of an elastic member fixed to both ends of the probe so as to maintain the close contact between the human body and the probe; and a controlling unit electrically connecting with the temperature sensor and the heat-generating member and controlling the probe through electrical signals, wherein a frequency range of the ultrasonic waves is 1-3 MHz, and 0.1-3 W/cm^2 of the ultrasonic waves is projected to the cartilage in the human body. Accordingly, the device improves user convenience and maximizes the therapeutic effects for arthritis by providing additional therapeutic functions in addition to the ultrasonic wave therapeutic function.
