The present invention relates to a real-time video monitoring system for a vehicle, which is capable of receiving and monitoring vehicle information including images around the vehicle by real-time wireless communication. According to the present invention, a real-time video monitoring system for a vehicle is applied to a vehicle electronically controlled by an on-board diagnostic (OBD) which electronically controls the vehicle, and comprises: a plurality of cameras for photographing images around the vehicle in real time; a black box for receiving vehicle information collected by the OBD and images photographed by the cameras and transmitting the vehicle information and the images in real time by wireless communication; and a monitoring server for monitoring the vehicle information and the images transmitted from the black box.
