The present invention relates to a touch panel protection film peeling device, and more particularly to a touch panel protection film peeling device capable of inverting a fixing plate where a touch panel is fixed onto using vacuum suction, placing the fixing plate to face the upper surface of the peeling device, moving the fixing plate to all sides and rotating the fixing plate by a pre-set angle to be placed so the edges of the touch panel′s protection film correspond to the adhesive member on the upper surface of the peeling device, forwarding the fixing plate by a transfer device to attach the protection film to the adhesive member and peeled off from the touch panel.
