The present invention relates to a laser drilling device by which a workpiece is irradiated with laser beams to form a processing hole. The laser drilling device comprises a wedge prism, a condensing lens, and a rotation unit. The wedge prism is gradually thicker in a specific direction because an emission surface corresponding to an incident surface is inclined. The laser beams are emitted while being bent toward the thicker portion. The condensing lens is arranged under the wedge prism to collect the laser beams emitted from the wedge prism at a position separated from the central axis. The rotation unit rotates the wedge prism and the condensing lens on the central axis to rotate the laser beams collected to the workpiece on the central axis.
