The present invention relates to a height-adjustable pillow, comprising: a support plate; an elevating part having multiple box-shaped elevating members which are arranged successively in the right and left directions and which have an empty space inside by being surrounded by upper plates and side walls; fixing parts which are fixed on the support plate to be surrounded by upper plates and side walls and arranged successively to the elevating part in the right and left sides, respectively; multiple springs which are installed between the upper plate of the elevating member and the support plate by penetrating the lower side of the elevating members for supporting the elevating members; multiple support plates which are laid over the upper plates of a pair of adjacent elevating members; and multiple auxiliary support plates which are laid over an upper plate of the fixing part and an upper plate of the elevating member which are positioned next to each other. The multiple support plates are connected to the elevating part in a way of: being tilted to the right as much as the upper side of the elevating member positioned in the right side among the pair of elevating members goes down; and being tilted to the left as much as the lower side of the elevating member positioned in the left side goes down. The auxiliary support plates are connected to the fixing part and the elevating part in a way of being tilted in the direction that the elevating member positioned next to the fixing part goes down. |
