<p>The device has a plastic body provided with a clothes pin and an opening for allowing passage of a cord. Teeth (6) are provided in the plastic body for tightening or loosening the cord. A section of a circular volume forms an upper recess (1) and a lower recess (3), where the upper recess creates a vertical trench. The lower recess is formed based on a trapezoidal plane, and transversely crosses a right part in a direction of the upper recess and forms a base part. A flexible hinge (4) is fixed between the two recesses.</p> |
